It’s a Pizza: Danish Feta, Smoked Turkey and Avo

I decided to make a some what healthy pizza the other day. And by my cousin and I’s judgment it did not turn out badly at all.

Ingredients:

Dough:
3 ¾ cups of brown bread flour
2 ½ teaspoon of yeast
¾  teaspoon of brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon of salt
1 ½ of warm water

Toppings
Pizza sauce
¼ onion sliced
¼ red pepper
¼ green pepper
½ cup danish feta
½ avocoda

½ cup of smoked chicken chopped

 Instructions:
Mix all the dry ingredients( flour, yeast, salt and sugar) in a bowl and then add the warm water. Make sure that dough is not sticky(does not stick onto your fingers at first touch) if need be add more flour if it is sticky. If you are mixing the dough with a wooden a spoon and its not working out for you, get in there with your hands.
Take the dough and place in a oiled dish and cover with cling wrap and a dish towel. Place in a warm and dark place and allow to rise for 2 hours.
This dough can be devided in half if you want a thinner base. You can freeze the other half and use at a later stage.
Spread dough on an oiled pizza tray or baking tray.

Place toppings starting with pizza sauce then Danish feta, onions, red pepper, green pepper and then smoked turkey.

Place in preheated oven 230 degrees and bake for 20min.
Remove from oven and place the sliced avocado.

Serve immediately
